At Miagui, we accepted Prime Video's challenge to create the entire visual identity for the series "Negotiator," a Brazilian original series. We had the opportunity to design and produce, from the title treatment to the series’ posters featuring Malvino Salvador and Barbara Reis in the lead roles.
This is the story of Captain Menck, haunted by events from the past while needing to solve the daily conflicts of his role as a negotiator for the GATE, a police elite squad in Brazil. The key arts we crafted bring forth the juxtaposition of memories with current criminal cases, forming the gripping storyline of the series. These visuals were highlighted on the streaming platform and media points throughout Brazilian cities.
The title treatment showcases the personality and instantly conveys the urban identity of the show, using typography to walk the fine line between a happy ending and a not so good one. This tense background consistently presented throughout the episodes.
I was responsible for the concept and layout of the Key Visuals as art director inside Miagui.
